Psychological safety is an individual's belief that he will not be shamed or punished if he expresses his ideas, questions, concerns and mistakes. When employees feel accepted, respected and understood, they also become more open, motivated to work and innovative, which helps the company achieve top results and business breakthroughs. In Beep Focus, we invited experts from various fields, with whom we discussed the creation and maintenance of psychological safety in companies.

Tamara Valenčič
She is an expert in talent development and management, organizational design, employee engagement, change and many others. She is an independent and extremely experienced HRM woman who works mostly with high-tech and start-up companies. Tamara has extensive experience in connecting two disciplines - HRM and communications. At the same time, we are also proud to say that she is the co-founder of our Beep Institute as well as many other projects and communities such as HRM in the New World, which is considered the largest HRM community in Slovenia.
Olivier Montadat
He boasts titles such as coach for managers and organizations, supervisor of coaches and practitioner of transactional analysis. During his career, he led many teams and helped many organizations in leading and identifying dynamics. In its operation, it is based on the foundations of transactional analysis, which it skilfully uses in an organizational context and thus helps consultants, managers, coaches, etc. Since April 2016, he has been working as a freelance consultant, coach and skills developer, operating from Paris. As he himself says, his greatest strength is to create working conditions that combine efficiency and cooperation.
Davor Sattler
He found his passion in helping other people reach their potential through training, nutrition and lifestyle. Davor is the proud owner of the Delavn'ca Training Center, where as a certified personal trainer he helps clients to feel better, have more energy and an active lifestyle through movement. At the same time, he is also proud of the title of trainer for physical preparation and nutrition.
