Beep Focus Nº5
ONLINE MODERATED DISCUSSION
Beep Focus is an online event of the Beep Institute, intended for everyone who recognizes the importance of sustainable development of human potential.
The thematic 2-hour meeting, which we prepare 4 times a year, hosts international and Slovenian experts,
who share their knowledge and good practices with us.
Each time we put a different current challenge in the foreground for the sustainable development of employees and business excellence.
Theme of Beep Focus Nº5:
Company transformation
What is our view on the transformation of the company?
How does the merging of cultures work?
How do you define a new culture?
What are you doing to achieve engaged employees??
Research shows that in 70 percent of cases, efforts to fundamentally change the performance and operation of organizations are not successful. The set goals are not realized, they take too long, or the change is only temporary. The management team usually knows what needs to be done to achieve the goal, but the problem arises when it needs to be implemented. How do you make the business transformation you know needs to happen? This time, we invited to the Beep Focus meeting representatives of companies that successfully implemented organizational transformation: Trimo, NKBM, Pivovarna Laško Union, Knauf Insulation, and international expert Perry Timms.
